Alright, so its about that time to lose the holiday weight, and I need to do it reasonably fast as Spring break is now fast approaching.
My diet is in check, my exercising will be in check too. Cardio will consist of incline walks and making the most out of my punching bag that I have at home. Heck, I may even throw in a few P90x video exercises to keep it guessing and just mix it up a little.
Main goal is to recomp. I'm sitting at 245 again right now and that's not where I want to be. Measured myself and was at 16% BF with the calipers, so I want to get it to the normal 10% before break comes up, meaning about 13 lbs are going to have to go somewhere!
Diet will consist of mostly protein with a few carbs being taken during breakfast and lunch. Lots of chicken, tuna, and some PB on random occasions to get me some good fats, already have the menu planned out.
Now on to "support". Here's what I've trimmed it down too but I can't figure out which of these ones I want to keep, which ones I don't. Lets start by the staples:

You guys get the jist. I'm looking for an AI or a test booster maybe. Thinking about the 11-Oxo but wanted to see where I land as far as cost/benefit goes. I was thinking of going with 2 on the list, something like pSarm and 6-Bromo or something on those lines. Overkill? Any suggestions as far as keeping estrogen low or boosting testosterone? Keep in mind my main goal is to lose a few pounds and gaining muscle, although nice, is secondary right now as I feel I've got a decent amount as soon as the fat is shredded.
I am also thinking about adding to the mix a low dose of ECY stack, since I'd be using either Cycle Support or Life Support to get overall well being.
Any and all input or suggestions will be def. appreciated!
