opinions on SUS 500

my friend is willing to give me SUS 500. did a little bit of research on it and im kinda sold on it.
wanted to see what anyone else had to say about it before i try it out.

Wrong forum but phil hernon and some expereinced guys who do real gear say its strong as hell. You might want to start on something with just a single AAS
