Opinions on Metrx type meal replacement

Is Metrx any good, or is there another product similar. I sometimes find it tough to get in 5-6 mini meals with my schedule and I also want to drop some fat. The packets seem an easy alternative. Any opinions/advice is appreciated. Also, if I do a PH will this suffice as replacement under those conditions for 2-3 meals of the day?
 
I love there RTD 51 shakes.. vanilla is very good i think.. they are kind of pricey but when i am on the go or dont have time to make a meal grabbing one is very easy for me.
 
but sorry i have never tryed the packets.. have tryed the lean body packets.. vanilla ice cream and choc ice cream.. they are also good.
