opinions on cardarine (gw 5015156) during pct

What dosage?
Only 10mg. Gonna stay at that. Just want a. Little extra boost in the gym to hold onto these gains until I feel normal again. Been in PCT for about 3 weeks now. Still hitting PRs after this sarm cycle. Weight is the same, only thing that I lost was that fullness and “crisp” look that the sarms gave me. Diet has improved, rest has improved. And trainin smarter and harder off cycle. No more insane volume and drop sets after every exercise. Basically sticking to the basics. Heavy compound lifts in the 6-10 rep range

That sounds picture-perfect. I think you're going to be very successful in that goal.

I mean obviously cardarine is more effective for cholesterol and guaranteed more fast acting then garlic etc but things with vitamin c is a good addition to combat cortisol (also for fatloss) regardless i think I have to agree with John here. We compare garlic to cardarine my safe advice would be garlic but hey to each their own and if anything garlic, lemon etc should never be left out. 1000mg vitamin c before working out is supposed to combat cortisol.

I don't think anyone who actually knows what they're saying was trying to compare garlic to cardarine as an alternative. Anyone who would make that comparison probably is hoping to maintain the illusion that herbals are as highly effective as drugs. If they were, we wouldnt need a 99% standard extract of any active chemical.
