Opinions needed on oral cycle....(possible log in the making here)

Hit the gym today, just got back actually. I had an amazing workout. I hit bi's & tri's today really well. I definitely see a jump in strength, a pretty amazing one at that. I haven't really noticed a size increase yet & my weight hasn't shifted much (I'm stuck at 182lbs). It might be cause I'm shedding fat thanks to the Lipoderm Ultra+Cap Hp combo. Tomorrow I start that combo with Clen thrown in. I managed to fit a little more than 15mLs in the Lipo bottle so we'll see how all that goes.

I don't really feel any sides, not sure if there are supposed to be any with PP. I'm not lethargic or any of that. I do have some pumps, but not as intense as my first run of SD. So I guess you can say, so far, so good. Also I have seen a freakish jump in strength even while dosing Finasteride at 0.5-1mg/ed (I've read that Finasteride has an ability to limit strength gains due to some DHT inhibition).

My diet has been in check, but I'm still waiting on nutraplanet's shipment so I can get in some more complex carbs.

I'm excited.

Oh yea, the boys are the same size (I check every day). My skin is more oily, but I'm taking care of it. Lastly, my nipples haven't gotten puffier or anything yet.

Hope everyone is enjoying the log as much as I'm enjoying this cycle.

I think I may be overtraining. Currently this is what my workout looks like:

I run a classic split with no rest days. The breakdown is back/shoulders, bi's/tri's, legs, chest (& start all over again to hit each twice a week). I do about 4 exercises per muscle & do 3 sets per excercise (not counting a warmup set) for a total of 12 sets per muscle group. So say it's bi's/tri's day I'll do the following:

Incline curls 4 sets w/ 1 warmup
Rope pushdowns 4 sets w/ 1 warmup
Superman curls 3 sets
Palm up single grip pulldowns 3 sets
Hammer curls 3 sets
Palm up bench (reverse grip) 3 sets
Reverse grip preacher curls 3 sets
Triangle pushdowns 3 sets

Then a burnout set of curls & dips. That's 12 sets for bi's & 12 for tri's. All of my routines look more or less like this. I switch the workouts the second time I hit the same group during the week to try something new & shock the muscles a little bit.

What do you guys think?

I think its too much. I think what you do would be good volume if you were training once a week . If you are continuing to make substantial gains with what you have, then stick with it... but if your gains are slow, yet you like working some body parts twice a week, I suggest something like this...

mon - legs
tues - back (12 sets), end with bis (3 sets of your favorite exercise)
wed - chest (12 sets), end with tris (3 sets )
thurs - off
fri - Bis (12 sets), traps (8 sets)
sat - tris (12 sets), shoulders (8 sets)
sun - off

Considering that you are androgen assisted at this point, you might be able to get away wiht throwing some killer sets / drop sets in for your bis and tris on tues/wed.

That seems like an awesome idea. Seriously! The only problem I would have with it is that I would like to hit each body part as much as possible (preferably more than once/week) to make the most of my cycle. This happens with bi's & tri's in the proposed workout, but I only hit legs, back, shoulders, chest, & traps once a week. I need the most development in chest, traps, & legs. I would like to grow in my arms some too, but they're looking pretty decent now. I think I'm going to alter your proposed workout & double up chest & shoulders/back on the off days. What do you think?

Well, today I hit legs, & came up with a new workout routine for the rest of the cycle due to the fact that I am, in fact, overtraining. Here's my new workout:

mon - Bis (12 sets), traps (8 sets)
tues - tris (12 sets), shoulders (8 sets)
wed - legs
thurs - off
fri - chest (12 sets), end with tris (3 sets of my favorite exercise)
sat - back (12 sets), end with bis (3 sets of my favorite exercise)
sun - off

Diet is in check, as usual. I'm really seeing some great strength gains & I'm up in weight about 4lbs or so from last week. I think I'm way more impressed by the strength gains than the mass gains.

Today I start week 1 of Lipo+clen & Cap-Hp. I'll keep you guys posted on how that goes.

Booyakasha...Respek

Did my half hour of cardio today, waiting to hit chest at the gym.

Mixed up cardio with 15 mins of elliptical & 15 minutes of stairmaster. It was alright.

On a side note, I've been considering a tattoo for a while. I've gone through a bunch of piercings ranging from tongue to eyebrow to ears, etc. I've wanted a tatt for a while, just always had a hard time on deciding what I'd want on my body for the rest of my life & where? The fact that it's forever kind of wiggs me out. Plus, I've always wanted something big (a half sleeve, angel on my back ranging from shoulder to shoulder & about halfway down, or something on my ribcage around my lat). Anyways, I think I finally mightve come up with something & wanted some opinions. I'm considering getting a guardian angel on the inside of my bicep, maybe with the wings going up the underside of my arm to the outside (this is kind of tough to explain). There's a pic of the angel I want here, except when I go in I'm going to have the artist change it up a bit. I want it to only go around halfway down my arm so that a short sleeve shirt can cover it. So, what do you guys think?

I'll post up how my chest workout went when I get back in.

Got in from the gym a little while ago. I KILLED my chest today. Pretty much my workout went like this:

Flat Barbell Bench:
95x10
135x10
185x10
205x8
225x5
Incline Bench:
140x10
160x8
180x6
Decline Bench (superset w/ pushups on that half ab ball thing):
135x10, 10 pushups
175x8, 8 pushups
165x6, 6 pushups
Chest Flies:
130x10
150x8
150x6

Not the strongest I've ever been, but definitely significantly stronger than last week. As for updates on body measurements:

Weight is up to 186.0lbs & I've lost 1 inch (in a week & a day) off my waist (so now I'm at 35 inches). This was pretty much without any cardio or ab work (which I began this week because I wanted to see if this Lipo Ultra+Cap HP really worked, & it does.)

Pretty much, that about covers everything. I got off my old workout cause I was definitely overtraining. The only sides I'm noticing from PP is increased acne (but not even that much to begin with). Besides that, everything is great. I'm really looking forward to the SD half of the cycle though.

Today my order from nutraplanet came in. I've been really tempted to run Mega-TRN for the last 2 weeks of PP, but I don't think I will. I want to see how I react to it solo. So I was thinking of running M-TST & M-TRN at the end of the summer or so (thinking way ahead). Anyways, enough yappin. Alright bro's, stay tuned.

Just doing cardio & abs today. Taking the day off of lifting. I start back on Monday.

Going to go see about that tatt today.

Ok, sorry I haven't been able to put up a lengthy update for a while, but school has had me swamped since the semester is at a close. Also I spent about 4 hours getting tattooed yester (2 & a half hours of nonstop inking & 2 hours editing my drawing). Anyways, here's the update bro's:

First off, I'm switching my workout routine as previously stated. I'm going to try glen's mix of dc/ironman training. I'm also changing the way I do cardio. I'm going to do a 30-35 minute steady-state cardio routine every saturday. Then on my off days (Tuesdays & Thursdays) I'm going to do 4 rounds of interval cardio (consisting of a warm-up for 5-10 minutes, then increase the intensity to as fast as I can for 30-60 seconds. Then slow down to a moderate speed for 1-2 minutes. This is 1 round). I will also train abs & obliques on cardio days. This pretty much covers my routine. Oh yea, I'll post glen's workout up at the end of this post.

My diet has been on point throughout these 2 weeks. That pretty much covers that.

Supps. Well this is the fun part. I'm getting to week 3 which beings 30mgs of PP. Next week I stack PP with SD.

hows the lipoderm and cap hp working for you bro?
Honestly man, I LOVE IT. After week 1, before begin the Lipo w/ clenbuterol in it, I had already lost an inch off my waist, & with the amount of cals I've been taking in (clean cals of course but still up there nonetheless) that's amazing. Specially considering that week 1 I did no cardio or ab training to see how the Lipo would fare. I'm currently on week 2 which is with the Clen mix. It honestly doesn't burn or feel uncomfortable at all anymore (only during cardio sessions when I sweat).

Gains/Changes: I'm at 185lbs now. I started at around 180lbs after losing about 6-7lbs from a stomach virus/food poisoning incident during spring break. So I'm up 5lbs, not much right? The amazing thing, well for me at least, is that I'm up 5lbs while losing an inch off my waist. Hell, I'll take that, specially considering I was severely overtraining. So everything is coming along smoothly.

Well fellas, I guess that all the updating I can do? If you guys have any questions just fire away & I'll answer the best I can. If you guys want to, shoot me some opinions on the cycle thusfar. Tell me things you guys would like to see more of/less of/etc. Oh yea, here's the workout glen suggested:

hit each body part 3 times every 11 days

glen's workout program looks like this:

(explosive positives and 5-7 second negatives for everything except deads and squats for obvious reasons)

workout A
each body part gets 2 warm up sets then 3 working sets of 8-12, 4-6, and 2-4 reps with the same weight each set and not a very long time between sets
chest - either incline hammer strength or flat db press
back thickness - deadlifts, rack deads, or rows
back width - reverse grip close grip pulldowns or wide grip pull ups
shoulders - hammer strength machine or db presses
tris - skulls or seated overhead exts

workout B
bis - straight bar curls or preacher curls same sets as "A"
quads - squats or hack squats lots of warm ups and 2 sets of 10-12
hams - SLDL or lying curls same sets as "A"
calves - still trying to find something that works haha

train monday wed and fri and alternate workouts A and B

go to failure on every working set and every 5-6 weeks.

hey dude,

nothing really constructive to add, just wanted to say your before pics were seriously impressive - can't wait to see the end of this log!!!

good luck

Thanks a lot bro, seriously. I see a lot of problem areas in my body (like my chest) & I really don't think I'm as big as I'd like (goal: 200lbs 7-8% BF). Anyways, hope this log helps you out if you're ever thinking about running a cycle.

Well today was day 1 of my new workout. I must say it went well & it was a really good workout. I felt pumps again which I hadn't felt in a while. I felt like I was taxing the muscle, but not straining it. It was a difficult workout, kind of felt like I did a full workout. I got done in about an hour & 10 minutes or so. I rested less than a minute between sets and a little longer after my first 2 warmup sets before hitting working sets. I did everything to failure & I did feel fatigued. A good sign would be if I woke up sore tomorrow morning (which I doubt but I can only hope). The only change I'm making is I'm adding back extensions & traps in on workout B.

Today is day 1 of week 3. Doses are bumped up to 30mg e/d. I'll update my weight at the end of the week along with waist measurements & all that goodstuff (I like staying off the scale).

Pretty much, all is good in the hood. Stayed tuned, you are now watching tru tv  . LOL

Oh yea, FINAL 4 TONIGHT!!! GO GATORS!!!!!! UCLA=GATOR BAIT

Tru, it's always nice to feel pain the next day but even if you don't and you had a great workout it's the samething.

My back is a little sore, triceps are sore, chest is fine though. I'm going to up the weight a little for my next chest & back workout. I'm also going to throw in some preacher curls & hammer curls in workout B day along with shrugs for traps.

I'm doing my cardio interval training today & hit some abs & obliques. Nothing exciting unfortunately.

No really crazy updates, except..how bout them gators!!! National Champs!!!

Ok, I'm done. lol

Doing workout B today. Not sure if I'll be able to post an update about it today though. I'm swamped with work. May have to wait, but I'll try to get it in today.

Update: Workout today was pretty intense. Just the bi set gave me more pumps than usual. I highly doubt its the 30mgs of PP instead of 20mgs. I pretty much felt like I had an intense bi workout. The same could be said for everything else. These 5-7 second negatives are way tougher than I thought. At the end of the exercise, my muscle feels spent. Here's a good example that popped into my head:

I did lying leg curls for hams today. I did 2 warmup sets & then 3 working sets or 12 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps with less than a minute rest in between. After this I went to do standing olympic straight bar curls. I did my two warm up sets & was more or less fine. Then, once I hit my working sets my legs were SHAKING! It was crazy, my legs could barely support my own weight.

I'm sticking with this workout for the rest of the cycle. It seems like it's hitting each muscle way more than my split before. Not just that, but I'm only spending an hour a day in the gym Mon, Wed, & Fri.

Well that about covers today.

Hah!...See it's the word eh?...Those negatives kill you, I was doing DB Military Press with 75's on my last working set and almost puked

Mulletsoldier said:

Do you change the weight for each working set? I've been sticking with the same weight for all 3 sets like glen suggested. Either way it's doing some damage.

I'm taking today off & making it up on Sunday. I have a huge exam tomorrow morning & have to study today. It's an interval cardio session anyways, no biggie.

With some exercises I have been, and others no...Just depends on if I can get strict form, with both 5 second negs and explosive positives...Like you said, either way it is absolutely killer

I'm looking forward to your results... XX your the reason I gave SD a chance and I loved it..

Well I'm very happy that you loved your SD experience. There's nothing better than putting in some hard work & seeing great results, bro.

As far as results for me up to now, here it is. My weight hasn't changed much. I'm at around 184lbs in the mornings in my boxers. I don't see why my weight hasn't really changed. The only thing I can think of is that I've lost fat around my waist while putting on some muscle. I look bigger & my arms have shot up .5 in so far, so I can't understand why my weight just hasn't shot up too. Strength is up, but I can't wait until the SD portion of my cycle. I think maybe I haven't packed on the mass because I was overtraining & just started a new workout this week.

We'll see what the next few weeks have in store.

good like.. on my SD.. I went from 192 - 205

Can't make the gym today seeing as I have ****ING PINK EYE!

I'm going tomorrow, first thing in the morning.

Ok, so I hit the gym today & did workout A. Pumps, are once again incredible. I have moved up in weight since Monday, which was impressive. All good with the iron.

Sorry I haven't been on in a while, but the internet went out here & I was at my complexes pool party today all day. Last night was the "run with the bulls" which is pretty much a whole ass load of students streaking through the city in a huge run. Twas fun. I'll post up pics eventually lol.

My weight STILL hasn't moved. I look bigger though, so I really don't know what the deal is.

I start week 4 of the cycle on Monday. This week should be pretty awesome. PP+SD+Prostanozol. We'll see how all that goes.

I'm thinking about getting bloodwork done at some point while on SD. If all is well, I'm thinking about throwing in M-TRN. We'll see. I probably won't do it though.

Still have pink eye...god damn it.

I'm thinking of making a slight alteration to my cycle. Let me know what you guys think.

Week 4: PP-30mg, SD-10mg, M-TRN 4mg
Week 5: SD-20mg, M-TRN 4-6mg
Week 6: SD-20mg, M-TRN 4-6mg

This is instead of Prostanozol.

Once again, I am slightly sore from yesterday's workout, which is awesome!

I've decided to alter my cycle in the following matter. Any opinions would be great.

Week 4: PP-30mg, SD-20mg, M-TRN 4mg
Week 5: SD-20mg, M-TRN 4-6mg
Week 6: SD-20mg (maybe 30 depending on sides), M-TRN 4-6mg

Oh ****! Problem!

I was prepping my vitamin box for the week with all the usuals for my cycle. When I got to dropping in 10mgs of SD in each box, I noticed something. I have 2 bottles of SD. One is a 60 ct bottle with the smaller capsules (still 10mgs, but the actual capsules are tiny, smaller than that of PP). These are the same size as the first ones from my first cycle of SD. I then opened my 90 ct bottle of SD to find much bigger capsules (also at 10mgs each). These capsules are the same size as those of PP. Both bottles look exactly the same except for their tops. The top on the 60 ct bottle is a screw on, screw off. The top on the 90 ct bottle is a pop on, pop off. The labels are exactly the same except for the ingredient part. On the 60 ct bottle, it lists Methasteron & has the chemical 2a-17a..etc. The 90ct bottle simply says Methasteron. Another difference is the warning. The 60 ct bottle says men under the age of 21, while the 90 ct says men under the age of 18.

Here are the lot numbers for each one:
60 ct: L 506059 E08 08
90 ct: M104 10 08

Did I get bunk SD? I don't want to put this in my body not knowing what compound it is. Thanks for the help in advance!

Hit the gym today & did workout B. I HATE workout B since it's so leg oriented lol. Either way, I had a good workout. I've noticed an increase in strength, but it's kind of hard to judge because of the way the workout is set up. I have increased weight for my reps, but it's hard to judge exactly what is going on. Size wise, I feel bigger. I weighed myself this morning & was weighing 186.8lbs naked (fun, huh?). That's about a 5.8lb increase the past 3 weeks? Seems low but a lot of other factors played in too such as the Lipo Ultra & overtraining. Most of the weight increase came about after switching my workout to my current one.

Today I started Week 4 which is:
PP 30mg, SD 10mg, & M-TRN 4mg.
This week is going to rock!!

I'll keep you guys posted.

Definitely need to drop the goofball attitude about legs. You'll wind up looking like all the other goofballs that have 18" biceps with 20" quads.

Lovin the log dude. What made you change to Trn from Prostanozol?

Three powerfull compounds in one week - one of the buggers will work! nice one bro :)

Sounds super gravy...Definitely pumped to see how the SD/TRN stack is...Keep it up
Yeah, I'm dying to see how TRN stacks up. I think my body temp might have risen slightly as I feel a little hotter & I was definitely sweating more than usual today during my workout. Does tren have these effects? Could all be in my head though, it is only day 1. I'm very amped to see how the rest of the cycle plays out.

jonny21 said:

This is true jonny. I don't go any easier on legs than I do on any other body part, though. I just don't get the pleasure I get from say, working out back or chest, when I do legs. I mean I walk out of the gym on chest, back, arm days with that pumped feeling & the workouts are actually enjoyable. Leg days are kind of a pain in the ass. I'm lucky if I can even walk out of the gym not lobbing side to side like a penguin. In other words, I do it because I want to be proportional & I pretty much have to if I want to pack on mass, but it is in no way enjoyable for me, except for squats and leg press. I see what you're saying though & it's a very valid point. I just didn't want to give the impression that I slack on legs just cause, well, it's legs. I just don't enjoy it.

Well, pretty much I've tried Prostanozol before. It was good, but I have a bottle of M-TRN sitting here & I figured, hell why not give it a shot? If it's anything like an oral tren I think I'll be very pleased with the results. Don't get me wrong, Prostanozol is still a great compound, I guess I just wanted to try something new. I also felt the stack might be more effective for my goals this way. We'll see if I was right in the coming weeks.

i'm running mega trn/methoxy tst/mega zol right now and i'm sweating more then usual. so the trn might have something to do with it. today was day 11 for me and the strength was really up today you will love the mega trn im alo running it at 4mg ed.

Did interval cardio today on the bike, abs, & obliques. I will start using the Lipo Ultra without clen again tonight (I discontinued because, due to having pink eye, I had to constantly be touching my eye & the residue of Lipo+Cap was burning my eye. Yes I did was my hands, pretty vigorously in fact, but some of the stuff was still on there somehow. Anyways, I recommend using latex gloves when applying.)

I guess that's all as far as updates. Oh yea, during my cardio session today I was pouring sweat like I had just set the world record for longest duration of sex with no breaks in the heat of the Iraqi desert. I'm not a big sweater, but damn, half the people in there probably could've mistaken me for a water fountain if I painted myself silver.

The m-trn made me sweat a hell of alot also.

Yea, I figure it's the M-TRN being that I wasn't experiencing this before I started dosing it.

Flu? Doubt it. I feel great. I just inexplicably sweat a lot? lol

Can't wait till I lift tomorrow.

Now, I know this isn't the forum for it, but I was considering maybe adding IGF-1 to my PCT. Does anyone have any knowlegde/opinions on the matter? I've been reading up on it here on AM & it sounds like it could help me in reaching my goals. It would definitely put me 1 step closer to the darker side of things, as I have never pinned myself.

Well, I went to a state school for undergrad (UF) on a full ride thanks to the Florida lottery (the scholarship I got is called Florida Bright Futures). I ended up staying for grad school. My car is fully paid (it's a 2001), insurance is covered by the rents. I'm on a grant scholarship for research to go to grad school here. Basically what that is is I do research work with a group from the school for a certain amount of hours/week & they pay for "part" of my tuition in return. The catch is I don't get to put my name on any of my work. It's actually more of a discount, but I don't argue. I pay enough out of pocket to only leave 1/4 of the tuition unaccounted for. The rest of the tuition is payed for out of a small loan I had to pull out to cover the costs. This pretty much keeps everything balanced out. The money for supps & all that comes from "living expenses." Parents pretty much chip in for that an amount they think I should live off of(since I'm practically covering everything else on my own). I find loop holes & manage to save a few bucks here & there which is what I use for supps. They seem to not really have a problem with it since it's cheaper for me to live up here in Gainesville than in Miami by far, & if I was back in Miami, I'd be living at home to save some money to get my own place when I get out of grad school.

Anyone...opinions on IGF-1?

Anyone...opinions on IGF-1?

no opinions. but i'd be interested to see some sort of a general log. from what i understand, it's all lean muscle gains and i was reading in the igf forum section about cell dividing thus changing genetics all together. i am assuming this will need some serious time to accomplish.

assuming you gain 5 pounds and look more vascular and are noticeable leaner after 3 months, it would be kinda hard to do any kind of log. but i'd be interested to know how u feel in terms of recovery and strength and any increase in per rep speed etc. just the minute little things.
