Ok. I was in a car accident over the week end and I have some back and neck injuries. The Hospital Emergency dept gave me pain killers and muscle relaxant.
I was sent to a physical therapist and a chiropractor. They both told me to stay away from the gym until future notice.
My question is. which is the best way to keep my gains beside consuming my proteins and sups.
