What kind of training do you guys prefer while on PCT. I know cutting is not recommended, but how do you prefer to hit the weights?
- No change from your previous cycle? Still hitting it hard?
- Still hitting the weights, but just "going through the paces" to maintain?
- Or stay away from the gym and rest?
