Chest(Pump)- Back(Pump)

Gear :
Test e 600mg 1-14
Deca 400mg 1-12
Dbol 40mg 1-6
 
Your chest pump back pump, id just go all out on one of those, you're on cycle so train stuff twice a week but switch it up and don't train everything twice a week, my opinion

i need to focus more on chest than back tbh.. should i do only chest(pump)?

What do you mean by pump. I was just do another chest day. Maybe do one heavy and then other focus on certain lacking muscles. Personally I do a full chest day the I do a shoulder and upper chest split.

Oh sorry , by pump i mean going for more isolotion lifts and focus on mind muscle with a light weight
