Opinion on multi

I've been using Orange Triad for a period of 3 months. Can't say i notice any difference from other Multis. But I am a bit skeptical over tablets, I prefer capsules or gelcaps usually. I don't mind trying new products, but I usually always go back to the capsules or gelcaps.

Interesting topic. I mix it up. Kind of rotate Life Force, Alive liquid and Orange Triad. I do think the OT helps with my old arse crickity joints. After 6 separate knee surgeries, hip surger, shoulder surgery and rotator cuff slight tear in non operated on shoulder, joint relief is much appreciated . . . as is Dr. James Andrews.

I alway waste the liquid as after has been open a few days, it does not seem as fresh so I don't drink. Why is Triad in tablet if absorption is such an issue or does it really make that much if a difference?

Its funny, I have read varying studies on capsules v. tablets, and I think both maintain merit. However, one of the reasons I support tablets (without backing away from capsules, btw) is that certain vitamins are not there to be absorbed in he stomach, as it would be preferential for it to be absorbed in the small intestine. In capsule form, there is a distinct chance that it will be only available in the stomach, not optimal imo.As I mentioned, I have tried varying multis, and like a few. But, OT is the best I have tried. My joints feel better, I get sick far less frequently, and when I go to the bathroom and night, I dont need a light with my neon urine ;)

Another Orange Triad vote. Joints feel better, immune system seems to be boosted, and digestion is greatly improved.
