ok, just want to get an idea on what you guys would do and/or suggest regarding my situation. I have 2 scenarios lined out here.
Basically, just have been out of the mix and have now just started training seriously. Diet is definitely in check, along with the training.
age: 32
wt: 205
ht: 5'11
yrs. training : 5yrs
cycle and/or stack: 1st
I want to add muscle, and obviously shed some of this fat. I have 2 scenarios lined out, and basically want opinions on which of the 2 i should go with. Please dont bash me, i just want to get an overall consensus on various thoughts. Thanks
