Another PR tonight, squats 365lbs 7 reps
 
Hey guys. Just wanted to do a quick update. I never get on here anymore.
Still hovering between 220-230lbs. I’m off everything now, starting week 2 of PCT. Feeling good so far, relatively speaking. Obviously flatter and not partitioning as well but I don’t seem to have lost any strength yet, and I can still get a pump
