ON's Glycomaize Feedback?

I'm usually a little slow out of the gates on newer products. In reality I like to see 100's of others use then before I take the leap. I'm interested in feedback on ON's Glycomaize - especially if anyone used it vs. other waxy maizes :FUfinger:
 
It's very fine and goes all over the place. No difference in mixing between that and NP waxy maize, or TP waxy maize.
 
Yeah mix this up with xtend and its great. No flavoring system.
It nots pure wazy maize it has another carb. To me it works as well as normal waxy maize.
 
Been using it for too short a time to comment on its effect on me.

But, yeah, it IS very fine. The whey, creatine and glutamine powders I also use are all pretty fine, but I can get them from their jars to my blender without any problem. A small % of the glycomaize will go airborne at the slightest tremble in my hand or disturbance in the air.

I have also seen clumping at the bottom once it's in whatever I'm carrying my intra or post workout drink in. All that other stuff might settle out if you took some time to drink it, but that could be resolved with just a few hand shakes. This stuff forms a 1/4" coating at the bottom that resists hand shaking. If left for a few hours in a drink I never quite finished, even under a little liquid, it gets to where I can't just wash it out, I have to go down there with a spoon and surgically remove it, then wash.

Be rough if it was doing that in either my house's plumbing or my body's plumbing. Guess my body absorbs it toward the liver and beyond and all is well, not sure about the house :whiner:
 
Waxi Maize is Waxi Maize. I'd just go with the brand you trust.

I prefer IDS. Carb Slam is good too, but I like it to have some flavor
 
Haven't had any complaints using it, and yeah, it does have something else in it, a slower digesting carb as well.
 
Thanks all - I decided to go with the Glycomaize. From the rep I spoke with, Glycomaize has about 25g of waxy maize but also has 10g of trehalose per serving which is an excellent carb that has the added benefit of stabilizing protein which in turn allows more protein to be absorbed. Should be a kick-ass combo :thumbsup:
