So all together I know you were cutting BUT how do you feel muscle mass held up? didnt yo say for the most part you felt as though strength was maintained as well if not improved on??
and lastly how do you FEEL now compared to past SERM based PCT's? well enough to consider yourself recovered and libido intact??
I really wish you were bulking so maintenance of muscle mass would have been more apparent and weight numbers could be used as a marker but if strength was still maintained, especially after a cycle like you ran, then thats still a fairly good sign.
Over all opinions?
OK Overall Opinions:
I believe Muscle Mass stayed pretty same from the mirror.
Strength Incresed throughout PCT slower than on cycle of course but still increases in amount of weight and reps on all body parts.
Bodyweight stayed about even I did up carbs but overall stayed about the same calories as on cycle.
No loss of definition in triceps, shoulders, or abs if anything it got better. So fat increase was minimal.
Libidio stayed well throught out.
Muscle Recovery took a hit and so did endurance. Also had some more acne on back and chest.
Next PCT I will stack a little different I will run some of the other supps earlier
Probally Run the Levithan and Anabolic Edge from day one just for the joint recovery and endurance.
As far as fully recovered it's still a little early because even when I use a SERM i think the PCT just get's you back to a starting point and then it still takes a few weeks from that point to be fully recovered. But I don't feel I would of gotten any stronger etc had i done a SERM over what I used.
Also remember as I said at first that i did have a SERM on hand for emergency. However I never felt the need to use them.
