One small step for(this) man about to take a leap

I think we can agree on the fact that anything government-"regulated" is highly questionable and should be treated with total skepticism. The goverment should be treated as guilty until proven innocent. So much corruption nowadays it has become increasingly difficult to tell apart the sheep from the wolves as the wolves have now taken cover under sheepskin but I digress.

So True

And yes, stress is a bitch, take it out on the weights ;)

Well I decided it would be stupid to post pictures and full update on Monday cause my bottle only lasted me till Thursday. I've got pictures and the works coming soon! Sorry for the delay guys.

I'm in love with my results.

Sorry to anybody whose followed my log... Things with grandma have gotten bad.
She's recovering and hopefully will be fine.

Ontop of business stress Ive been out of my mind and unable to force myself to log.

I have taken notes on all the products I'm using and have started going to the gym again about a week ago.

I'll be posting final reviews for all products I've finished this week.

Again sorry.

Don't you worry! Family is first. glad to here from is all. you come back to us when your ready :) thnx for stopping by my log, it helps get me motivated. Take care buddy. Sending you good vibes man

So I'm gunn a try to start logging again when I have the time.

I'm pretty pumped about my progress to date and plan on making the next 8 weeks a pretty big jump. :)

About 3 weeks ago I started using transdermal formastane and diesel test Hardcore.

The biggest thing I notices was overall body tightening. Which is excellent might I add. Lots of results in the first week. Strength, energy, body comp. In the following two weeks results seemed to taper off. Which is fine because my my master plan.

I've been following the NTBM product transaderm for months not and bought it almost a week ago. Instead of waiting for my other products to finish I had an idea. While my natural test is already high, let me switch to this, a suppressive product and when I finish this I can switch right back for 2 weeks for my PCTs.

Even though it's only mild I feel it's a good idea to take precautions (bad past experience)

I'll also be adding toco-8 to over the next few weeks. Both for hair help and the added recovery benefits.

Transaderm is very similar to old Dermacrine from PP which vie been dying to try and has been out of stock forever.

Solid product solid concept. Transdermal DHEA is excellent.

I've been on it now for 3 days now and wow. I feel like I'm on something much stronger.

Pros so far
Aggression
Libido
"Pump"

Things to note-
Difficulty sleeping
Increased resting heart rate

In closing I've decided to dose this 4 sprays upon rising and 2 more 6 hours later. I tried the recommended 5 sprays in the am and felt it left me a bit dead in the evening. This this mirror the bodies natural test levels throughout the day, going from highest in the AM to lowest at night. Should last me about 6 weeks. I'll probably have extra I'll find a use for in the future.

Consistency of this gel is very very different to the form transdermal I was just on. Absorption seems to happen much quicker, but as it dries it leaves a sticky residue. I don't really care as longs it delivers results.

Currently at 172. About 10% body fat 5'11

12 strict pull ups
225 1 rep Max bench. (which I haven't been able to do again since I was on the iforce product...)
185 x6. Squat. I'll be trying for a 1 rep Max on squat next week.

I have lots of other strength gauges I'll be using to keep myself in check.

And for once I don't really have goals. I'm going into this open minded. Beat myself in the gym 5-6 times a week eating very healthy at slightly above maintenance.

Keep you posted.

Thats a great mindset to have sometimes that open mindedness. I've noticed that for me I feel much more motivated when I go in to the gym or the track with the idea of being stronger and faster than when I think about just my appearance or how many cm i want to add or reduce.
Keep at it Ryan good luck

Thanks. You rock as always.

The open mindedness so far has been interesting to say the least.

I have a problem. And depending on how I'm feeling each day determines how much of a problem it is to me.

In the last 2 weeks and possibly even a few weeks before that to a much smaller degree, I'm losing strength. Not just one rep max strength, but ability to do as many reps at lower weighs as well.
It makes no sense considering the golden rule- first comes strength then comes size.

I'm perplexed.

I'm defiantly more muscular then I was by an impressive margin from a month ago. More hard and also more lean. My weight has fluctuated up and down a few pounds, but generally remains at 172... Another interesting point is that I also look slightly larger. All of these things would usually support an increase in strength or at least maintenance.

I'm on transaderm which I'm guessing could be playing some part in this puzzle.
Slightly increased libido
Drastic increase in aggression
Random feeling of anxiety
Incresed vascularity

All these would point towards the product positively effecting my test level...

My workout style has remained constant
Diet has been the same maybe adding about 20% more carbs. Which ALSO would usually help with strength.

My ideas so far are;
Potentially over training
Loss of estrogen

I wish I had more clues. But the decrease so far is more then 25% across the board. Considering 5% +/- is a big deal, I'm a bit concerned.

If it wasn't for this issue, I'd be thrilled with my results from transaderm.

Anybody with any clue, please chime in. Or if there is any other information I'm probably leaving out, ask.

Thanks.

Well damn. First day of my life stopping before exhaustion... I don't even feel like I was working out. Felt like a great cardio session. Stopping even 1 rep before full breakdown feels so strange for me. I don't know how I could have completely overlooked something like this.I was able to cut down the time between sets to about 30 seconds. Usually I have to wait about 1minute 30...I'll be looking up everything related to the 5/3/1 and periodization techniques tonight and will be implementing on the asap.Really hoping this helps... I did a few 25 rep squat sets with just the bar... I'm really not the guy in the gym trying to curl 40's with his back and weight has never been the main focus for me, but this is getting stupid.

You got this Ryan

Taking the time to tweak and try new things, thinking ur way around the prob instead of just throwing in the towel :) good things.

Well here it is. I'm actually semi embarrassed about the picture.
Sorry about the quality cellphone pictures are all I've got at the moment. Makes it really hard to see definition. I'll be trying to get my hands on a real camera next round.

Also my hairiness makes me not really photogenic...probably why I put off taking pictures. In order to look ripped or big while hairy I have to make big gains.Invalid Link Removed

I also can't find my measuring tape but when I do I'll post some measurements.

Considering all the craziness going on with me I'm just happy that I am still putting on some size. I'd estimate about 1/4 inch of growth in my arms. Some growth across my chest and shoulders as well and I'd say I lost about half an inch around my waist.

Overall very happy.

This products effects are extremely noticeable. I always tweak the dosage of anything up and down. I guess to find my sweet spot. If I use more then 5 squirts in the am I feel like I'm going go kill people. I would defiantly say it adds elevated focus/concentration And if I skip my second dosage of 3 squirts 5 hours later I notice I'm "coming down" by the end of the day. 8 a day seems to work perfect for me. Since the product is so easy to apply it's easy to do whenever.

I'm just about half way through my run of transaderm and I'm hoping my results stay constant. I will report back with final review when finished.

Damn this stuff lasts long.

Training lately has felt really weird. I could probably get used to it though.

Stoping before exhaustion on all sets, I get almost no soreness. This is helping me take no days off. Instead of needing 2 rest days a week, I can now work out each muscle at least twice a week.

I've been trying to incorporate a cardio aspect by taking shorter breaks between sets. I'm dripping with sweat when finished and I can get my heart rate pretty stable at 160 bpm.
