These things are great! I swear there a treat every time I bite into one. I'm sure I'll get sick of them sooner or later.
After I am done baking the Power Bars, I weigh them out with a Nutrition Scale into bags of 500-600 Calories, around 6 bars per bag.
This recipe is for a huge batch that will make like 32 bags each containing about 6 Power Bars.
Power Bars recipe:
Ingredients:
10 Scoops vanilla protein powder
10 Cups Oats
1 Pound Walnuts Raw
1 Pound Almonds Raw
1 Pound Sunflower Seeds
1 Pound Peanuts
6 Bananas Bananas (Ripened)
1 Pound Raisins
2 Cups Wheat germ
1 Stick Butter
7 Eggs Eggs
1/2 Cups Molasses
50 Milligrams Stevia (About 25 scoops)
2 tsp Baking Power
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Vanilla
Mix ingredients (Bananas , Butter, Eggs, Stevia , Molasses, Vanilla) in a bowl and beat until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix together both bowl’s of ingredients until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Spread onto two sheet pans.
Bake at approximately 350 for 15min.
(Monitor baking as you do not want to get dried out. You just want them to be able to hold together, but not be gooey.)
