I am going to spend one month in Thailand primary training Muay Thai and secondarily training at the gym. I am thinking about doing my first cycle while I'm there. Are there any cycles which could be effective in that short of a time frame? I am 43 and by the time of my departure would have been training consistently for three years. (I trained a lot when I was younger but have only achieved consistency recently for the past couple years). Thanks for your suggestions.
