Yeah, I have been having a very similar experience with Ultimate-T. This stuff has been treating me well so far. I hope it continues to improve.

This was a pretty decent workout, the incline bench was a bit annoying at the start since i was at my newer gym and doing it with an adjustable bench in a rack and was a bit off for the start but was alright.

really happy with this workout. weighted pull ups felt really good this week and i started underhand rows instead of t-bar rows for lower lats from now on, since my new gym dosen't have the v-bar attachment yet for doing regular t-bar rows.

so i got sick on thursday felt really run down and worked really late until 6:30pm then decided to take an off day from training. the next day i worked but went home early feeling a bit drained. and hit my normal Push day, turned out to be an amazing workout which i was really happy with. I also ended up training with the gym owner who's a real cool guy at power strength gym here. he decided to do some bench with me and pushed me to go heavier lol!

really happy with my bench strength vs last week, i will continue to train at this gym for my push power days as the bench is way better. other notes i would say my daily endurance has gone up allot, and im still getting nice libdio effects randomly here and there. and feel allot more confident and energetic while im working to.


my weight has gone down allot, over the past 2 weeks, have averaged 2-2.5lbs each week. dropped a soild 1.7lbs this week now sitting at 177.6lbs Macros have also needed to come up to adjust for my job and increased training volume.

Supplement update notes

Libido -

Noticed im always getting hard on's randomly during the day and checking out hot girls at the shops constantly lol (I hand out free gym passes all day)

Strength -

slight increase in strength so far

Energy -

being quite hyper active at work the past 2 weeks really confident in public, allot more energetic and motivated about boring tasks.

Other -

having much deeper sleeps, and appetite is insane.

Final Review of first bottle :D

So it was the final day of the first bottle this week. and now I will be starting up the second bottle for the remainder of this mini fat loss phase

Summary and noticeable effects


so for Ultimate T i started it expecting not much for strength or performance but towards the last two weeks i have been surprised with the endurance enhancing effects i have had all while getting sick last week. and the week prior was quite high volume with my training and managed to hit an all time Deadlift PR 230kg x 1 and even a Squat PR 160kg x 1 the week before hand, while in a deficit also. so I would say the mix of Adaptogens and the nice natural energy boost they have provided along with increased endurance.

Endurance and Performance = 8.5/10


For the main thing that everyone wants to get from a test booster, the Libido effects. Ultimate T really gives you that bump in sex drive and urge. you definitely do get constant woodies, and increased sense of well being and become allot more "Alive" or motivated to do things. you feel in charge of situations and i noticed i was able to handle and deal with tasks at work with allot more aggression while using UT, i hand out gym passes all day and am on the phone selling hopes and dreams, getting people to sign up to the gym isn't easy 50% of the time, and i noticed i would "snap" allot easier at people who were not serious when they took a gym pass, and went to tear the lead end off it and didn't provide there phone number i would take charge and be allot more firm with people, and take it back straight away letting them know they can't just walk off with it unless they provide contact details. because there are allot of days you get tired and become to nice with people and just let them walk of with it or say "its fine just take it" knowing it's a waste of a free pass because there more than likely to toss it away anyway. but while on UT my daily energy was great and i never had moments like that while working this month. Overall i think this would be hands down the best "test booster" or Libido enhancer i have tried to date, and i don't believe in test boosters much at all, so this gets pick for anyone wanting something to provide anything that will actually do something for you.

As for other effects, we have mood increases, and then body composition changes. while on UT my goal was weight loss. and during the first 4 week run, i have had a 5.2lb drop, and am quite happy with it so far, my new low right now is at 174.8lbs from my starting weight 180lbs even with a few non counting macro days, and refeeds once a week. one of the biggest effects UT gave me was increased appetite, it was comparable to AnaBeta Elite which was one of the supplements i have used that gave me insane hunger, UT to me was like a midler version of this and for sure made me quite hungry and quite savage on my non counting days and refeeds im talking, going to bed then waking up in the middle of the night and eating a whole box of cereal until your full then falling asleep in a carb coma lol.
