One body part a week

Ok guys i've been working out for about one year straight but a couple of years on and off
I workout from tuesday till friday i do chest and arms/back and shoulders twice a week hence 4 day workout no legs im operated on both and its real hard i tried but i cant. Anyway i was maybe thinking doing one body part a week just chest one back the other etc.. Can someone help me out... Oh the reason is im getting tired of the same routine

Ive have four knee surgies and if i didnt have an injured back i wud be squatting today..yu gotta rehab the hell out em because if yu want real size yur gonna need to do legs..what was the injury if yu dont mind me asking
 
Besides the leg probs, one muscle group a day is fine. I reckon if you also want to do a one muscle group a week 5 day split Max OT is a good option to look at.

But in saying all that dont over look the big picture mate, Just get in the gym train and try to increase the weight every month or week it doesnt really matter just eat in a calorie surplus and increase the weight regularly on your lifts. It can be a bad habit over analyzing and im prone to do it also. The more you learn and know can sometimes be a bad thing.....

So dont try to concern yourself to much, just make it fit you schedule and get in the gym. Think more in the terms of if i can increase my bench at the end of the month by 5kgs. Thats 60kg's over a year. And thats a lot depending on what rep range you lift in.
