On Keto now what?????

Ive been getting my keto on for 3 weeks now and seeing good things. Am I wrong to believe I need to cheat once a week so my body's way of processing food gets thrown for a loop and when I get back on track tomorrow my body will kick back into fat burning mode? And when cheating on keto should I go carb crazy with fats low or do I kick carbs up a notch for 1 meal and keep fats high still (cause if so my calories are gonna be like a mass gainer, right?) All help is appreciated!!!! Thanks guys.
 
I cheat every other Saturday. I have one meal, usually dinner where I hit it hard with a big burger fries and some ice cream or a pastry. I don't even worry about trying to count macros or Cal's from the meal, but I eat like a normal day for every other meal.

That's basically what I did last night with pizza, but I'd like to start making my own cheat meal so it be atleast healthier and how I want it. Thanks for your input sir.
 
I personally never cheated on keto. I did it for about 4 months and lost 50+ lbs. If I did “cheat” I would just eat more calories. My typical cheat meal was 4 double doubles protein style from in n out haha. I just think eating carbs while keto defeats the purpose completely but, to each their own. Some people need it to keep sane.
