on HCG -sort of a twitching/spasm near prostate ?

like two years ago i did the hcg diet. this was before i did any AAS research or knew anything about HCG.

while doing the diet i noticed i had like a spasm near my prostate throughout the day at different times

i was just wondering anyone knew what this was?
