I've been taking this protein for 6 months now I've seen quite the change. flavour taste good, very easy to digest and all around good protein. If better out there what do you think is it?

There are so many protein supps out there no one can say one is better than another really. Everyone likes their specific flavors, blends etc. Some digest easier for some vs. others. Don't over think it. If you want whey, get whey. If you want casein, get casein. If you want a blend get a blend. Choose the flavors you like and try from different reputable companies if you want to branch out.

I use Rule1 whey. 5.2 lbs for 50 dollars. 24 grams if protein in 34 gram scoop. Big bang for my buck

Optimum has a solid reputation...been around forever & can always be easily obtained in-store...Even my grocery store carries it. Consistent from tub to tub, over the years...I’m currently using some Met-Rx that I got for $15 for a tub from Big Lots! It’s good but Optimum mixes a little better. Although I tend to just cook oatmeal with a scoop of whey, so mixability doesn’t matter all that much.
