On cycle training

no no no!!!!!!!Dont do it. I have never done gvt on a cycle but I did try it naturally and let me tell you it sucks!!!!! It ruined all my maxes. I am still not back to par and I stopped the gvt over a month ago. I lost size too. There is a thread about training while "on" in this forum, take a look back a page or two.

Usually while on cycle I can only get away with doing a *tiny* bit more volume than natty. More than a few more sets and I'm overtraining again. Also, if I'm running a cycle with shorter esters, I train the last week very minimal and with less volume as my body won't be able to recover from harsher training as soon as the ester clears...usually 3-5 days with prop, acetate, etc. So I kinda use that last week as a maintenance week, and then I take the first week of PCT off training completey...just a little info that might help ya....

Really? I've heard from some other board members that it really helped them increase in mass.

I started a thread over on the training forum and most people agreed it sucked. It might work if your an inexperienced trainer, but since your using gear I am assuming your not. The thread in this forum about training while "on", the census seemed to be that gvt was not a good idea.

Can you give me the link? I've searched for about 15 mins and didn't have any luck.
