I have Sarm3D which is LGD, MK678 and Osta. 8 weeks worth. Should I run cycle support for this or would I be ok?

Just trying to piece together this cycle before I start

I'd run at least some nac and tudca if you can or something. I err more on the safe side for myself. Also, bought sarm3d in a b2g1. Had great results from it. Enjoy!

Just because of the LGD. The MK 677 right? No worries with that and Osta is fairly easy on your system. I have Ar1macare Pro for my cycle.

I know you didn't ask but wanted to cover bases.

SERM for sure in PCT.

I'm thinking a test base also. I've done plenty of research and lethargy can be a hit or miss with some people. Maybe some EpiAndro.

Good diet (plenty of healthy fats and veg/fruit/h20) should keep lipids in range.

Id add NAC if you can, the stuff is good and dirt cheap.

I wouldnt even risk lethargy man. Id use either a dhea/prog product like our super dhea or epiandro.

I'm on my 6th week of LGD now.
Using OL's LeGenD with OL's Ar1macare Pro as my On-Cycle Support and BPS' Dermacrine as my Test Base.

Tip
Increase your daily water intake considerably when you go on LGD.

From what I understand LGD hammers your lipids (as do virtually every anabolic) but more so than most. It's likely related to liver function even if there's no direct study. Cardio/Liver support.

and by NAC you mean N-Acetyl cysteine right?

I def wanna throw in some YK 11. The research I've done on this, nothing but good feedback. Heard the pumps are insane. Not a lot of suppression, it really depends on the user of course but some have experience no suppression whatsoever. It's a myostatin inhibitor not a sarm.

Curious if you're willing to throw some links out for us? I had wanted to do a YK run too but decided against it because what I found was the exact opposite - that it's actually a steroidal compound with multiple methyl bonds and is quite hard on the liver with none of the gains kept post-pct.

Your best bet is to YouTube yk 11. For me it's most helpful. Good on cycle support, good multi and you should be good. The thing with this stuff is that you pack on muscle fast. Not glycogen retention. Lean gains. So when you come off your body isn't used to putting on so much muscle so fast. Therefore it's quick to go if you don't train heavy and eat like a beast. It's delicate.

After looking into YK-11 and even Rad 140. I'm not seeing where either outshine LGD

Nice mate. My gains are unreal on my 1/4/Epi cycle so far. Up 6 kg on day 24! I was thinking of adding in LGD but was going to wait as technically this is only my first real cycle. My first was ostarine but I don't really count this. What u think? Wait till next cycle?

6KG IN 24 DAYS! Holy Cow Man! How much of a surplus are you running?
Seeing on how well your current stack seems to be working for you I'd hold off on the LGD for another cycle.

Yes mate that's what I thought. My surplus is only 300-500 cals max. I haven't put on any fat that's for sure as I'm careful not to do this. I'm putting it down to newbie gains. I spent years with a fkd shoulder so couldn't train. Had an op last year and have been slowly building up as I had athropied pretty much all my muscles from lack of training. Only now on this cycle am I going HAM in the gym and it's paying off.

So we have on cycle support covered.

Here's a question, what to take to keep my dick working on LGD? Cialis?

My staples for a cycle with lgd would be some kind of base to prevent lethargy and keep me feeling normal. I would also eat efficacious amounts of garlic and ginger, regularly do hiit to maintain metabolic conditioning and eat a **** ton of veggies.

Bloods have always come back bang on in all respects right after pct.

What's your dose? LGD at 8mg shut me down
5mg for 2 weeks, then 10mg for 4weeks before bloods. Test at 14.9nmol at that point, (down 5nmol from test in april).

I am at the end of wk7 now, been dosing at 12.5mg for the last wk noticing a definite increase in lethargy (has been a tough week at work though) but no effect on libido (which is pretty high) & no symptoms of estro issues.

Using dermacrine 1 pump before bed and 1 pump am after workout, 6g fish oil, mens multi containing boron mag and zinc, relatively clean diet high in omega rich fats (coconut oil and avocado oil) and brassiferous vegies.

I dont mean to sound melodramatic, but just to reitterate a possibility: test levels and supression do not always decline in a nice steady linear fashion. You may find your levels have "only" dropped 10% in between bloods, but that doesnt necessarily indicate a trend (ie that over X months test will drop Y%).

In other words, your test could rapidly decline at any point, given the right conditions (supression being one).

Dont rely on feelz.

Yeah i am anticipting further decline, i was just suprised by test results, expecting more dramatic suppression based on logs i have read and experiences of a work colleague with the same product.

Will definitely get bloods on wk12 to see where things are at, and already have SERMs on hand in case i need to bail.
