Trying taking smaller doses. 1-3mg per day, it slowly builds up in your system and prevents sides.

Would tadalafil survive if I put it in NaCl water? I have some 20mg pills I can dissolve.
Otherwise I just bought saw palmetto. But am still interested in anecdotal experiences from anybody about anything re prostate help.

Typically yes but it's like hair loss, if you were destined for an enlarged prostate then aas will speed up that process.
