on cycle - off cycle

Ill be the first person to tell you never to belive the hype you read in magazines about how great a product is.

Ive been seeing these ads for "on cycle" and "off cycle". Now i know its prolly ****, but im guessing the "off cyle" must be some "post cycle recovery" **** maybe???
i could be wrong but thats the impression i got from reading it.

not that i plan on ever taking it, just curious on knowing the facts. Knowledge is power LOL...

any takers??
