On cycle and whey protein.

I like optimum nutrition personally. But I doubt it makes a huge difference, as long as you're getting enough of it. There may be a small difference between like Walmart brand and some grass fed whey type stuff, but I don't think it's that major

2nd that. NOW makes a great isolate without any crap in it and you can buy it in 10lb bags which is convenient. Tastes like crap, but good quality.

ON does make quality proteins but so do many other out there that taste better. Do I still use on? I would still get maybe one or two flavors but that’s it but I would rather buy from a company with flavors I enjoy.
