just wanted to say how putrid the lj100 is. just took a lil dose and nearly dry reached.
Thank god Ive got some caps I can fill that stuff into.
It says 1/4 of a tea spoon is 500mg on the packet. But no where does it mention how much to dose.
How much do people normally take, and do you split it up over the day or doesnt matter?
