the more research i do on tta the more i think that carb cycling diet is very hard to do with tta involved...i started the beta three weeks ago and slowly dimished my carbs...then all of a sudden i couldn't move..i was stiff as a board..no matter how much water or K/Mag/Ca i took...wow it was painful..did a carb load and the next day i felt great...i started with 6 caps a day and ramped up to 9 caps for one week..now back down to 6 caps because the DOMS were unbearable...if anybody has any advice please suggest.

I have found (and have read from others) that their (and my) most effective diet to combine with TTA is a low-fat diet.

Remember, TTA works to eliminate FFA from the bloodstream and burn them in the liver. By keeping dietary fats low, the FFA being burned can assuredly be from the body, and not from the food.

I'm not certain as to why the carb thing makes people cramp up so frickin badly.

I had muscle cramps once (it was after a night of heavy drinking and I was very dehydrated) from TTA, and other times from what I thought was TTA but later found out I get muscle cramps from CEE (me and my bro seem to be the only people that cramp from CEE).

I kept my diet VERY low in fat, and had wonderful results without cramping (tho the lethargy hits me).

Try a low low fat diet and dont worry too much about the carbs.
