What would be the difference in dosage of krill oil and a regular omega 3 supplement be for them to have equal effects?
Krill oil is more expensive but if you only have to take a 1/3 of the dose it would actually be cheaper.

I would just stick with a concentrated Omega 3 pill I bought 200 entenric coated 1170mg (400epa/200dha) pills for 25$. I pop 2 before bed and good to go.
