I saw a post from last year but it ended up in no conclusion so I am opening a new one in case anyone had any experience with this supplement which in vitro testing showed increase in body mass by 7%.

Thank you

O.M.A. is the first and currently the only supplement containing entracen – an amino acid decarboxylation inhibitor. These substances have been successfully used for several years to boost the growth of farm animals. They are not prohibited in sports, nor are they known to supplement manufacturers (work in this field was conducted in Poland and the Czech Republic, first use in human food took place in the year 2010, with our company’s scientific collaboration). Isoquinoline alkaloids (entracen) in in vitro testing showed: increase in body mass by 7%. These substances are derived from natural sources and are not included on lists of prohibited substances. As an entity that has announced this direction of supplementation as an invention, we enable the purchase of ready to use products as well as the substance entracen, along with sole rights based on a license.

None of the existing the supplement is not yet described method. O.M.A. is the first commercial preparation containing etracen.

Etracen stimulates the growth of muscle mass, by inhibiting the decarboxylation of amino acids and stimulate protein digestion and metabolism of amino acids and save these to the synthesis of proteins. It works similarly to analogous compounds developed and for several years used in farming to boost growth because the animals.

Etracen causes inhibition of transaminase (aminotransferase): alanine aminotransferase and asparate aminotransferase. Reduces the concentration of microsomal enzymes, including cytochrome P-450 and Ndemetylazy benzfetaminowej. Transaminases cause the transfer of amino groups between the various amino acids (amino acids cores) through which the rate and type of metabolic pathways (catabolism or synthesis) of the individual amino acids undergo radical changes. The consequence of this is an increase in blood levels of alkaline phosphatase and free amino acids. This is a positive effect on metabolism, since it depends on a mechanism for the stimulatory effect of isoquinoline alkaloids on body weight gain

Etracen reduces the concentration of toxic amines in the intestines and blood, helping the liver. Cyclic amino acids, for example. Tryptophan, tyrosine, histidine, phenylalanine, proline are then not excessively decomposed to amine, but was included in the construction of building blocks of proteins, enzymes, which causes a significant improvement in the balance of the protein. Support stunting and spoilage bacteria fermentation, reduced concentration is harmful amines in the gut and in the blood (cadaverine, putrescine, skatole, indole). Amines burden on the kidneys and liver adversely affect the growth and development of the organism. The resulting, especially in high-protein diet, amines additional strain on the liver and nervous system. Amines which are products of amino acids are responsible for working muscles fatigue faster and their presence has further odor of feces. In use etracenu accepted amino acids are absorbed and used for the synthesis of enzymes and structural proteins. The active ingredients etracenu reduce the odor of feces derived from the amino acid decarboxylation processes, fermentation and putrefaction. Such adverse processes in the gastrointestinal tract can be seen particularly by the ingestion of the amino acid and protein supplements.

Knowledge about the possibility of eliminating amines using inhibitors of the alkaloid is relatively young. The impact of isoquinoline alkaloids on metabolic compounds merkaptonowych was described in 2003 (R. Vespalec, P. Bartak, V. Simanek i M. Vlckova). The work and publications on the practical use of these compounds were carried out, among others, by Dr. Henry Rozanskiego (author of the composition etracenu).

Etracen works anticatabolically with respect to amino acids and of proteins. When administered to animals isoquinoline alkaloids contained in etracenie observed weight increase of the value of 7% by weight of the final (additional 1 kg per 14 kg in-ag) 2,3,4. With such high efficiency, these compounds have been introduced as an alternative to banned since 2005 antibiotic growth promoters. Actual results in humans are subject conducted experiments.

Realated : SARMS, prohormones, PEDs.
