40% really is a magic number. "Your friend" will look at least 40%(maybe more:)) better when he hooks up with said hoes. This in turn will encourage them to try 40% harder to please "him". Also, due to HPTA shutdown "he" will have 40% less risk of a paternity suit;). ...Did I mention that saving 40% will allow "him" to treat said hoes to the dollar menu after. Yessir, I'd say 40% is a pretty sweet deal all the way around!
