It can and should be used on off days to increase recovery and vasodilation, nutrient delivery, as well as for the hydration and BP/cardiovascular benefits

I find 2-4 caps to be optimal. 2 caps treats me nicely before a workout and another two in the morning or before a meal. Also using with unleashed... Pumps for days. I love it.

4 caps = 300 mg to potassium nitrate and only 1 grams to hydromax
total nitrate are: 180 mg
so low dosage to complex nitrates
i think you have 600 mg to nitrates(so 360 mg to nitrates) with 8 caps and 2 grams to hydromax!
i think if you want use the max strength to this pre-workout,you must go at 8 caps!
