olympus labs transFORM carrier is different, why?

I can't find anything on this so I'm just curious why the TD carrier for the formestane is slightly different from the carriers in dermatrest, dermatren, etc?

The 2 ingredients: Thiazone and Nerolidol.

also props to olympus labs for the dermaTrest. **** is insane. I feel like a god the entire day after applying this thing.
