So I'm about to place an order just gotta send you guys an email for what I want but I'm torn. I'm either getting 2 origin and 1 conquer or vice versa. I'm currently doing IF and staying around maintenance calories trying to drop fat slowly as I'm aiming to bench 405lbs very soon so want to keep increasing strength. One problem is this calorie intake is destroying my leg strength repping 295lbs on squat feels way too heavy now and it's a big struggle I want to get my legs back to where they were. So I'm wondering if Origin would be good for helping me there or if it would not be good paired up with IF. What do you guys think? Would Origin be good for me or should I just get the extra conquer and I do love conquer for when I work nights and go workout early while fasted
I'm gonna guess you already ordered, but...
I would think Or1gin would pair nicely with IF; it should help you make the most of your caloric intake, regardless of how/when you eat. That said, to really get the most out of it, imho you should run it for at least 8 weeks and preferably be in, at least, a slight caloric surplus. For example, I'm going to use it for 12 weeks in a ~250kcal surplus, with the goal of
truly lean bulking.
Conqu3r with its novel stims, Alpha-GPC, elevATP, etc should help with acute strength boosts to assist you maintaining/increasing strength for each workout. With that in mind and the fact that Or1gin will be shipping at the start of October....I'd probably do 2 conqu3r and 1 Or1gin for now, and save up a bit more for a second bottle of Or1gin to keep the run going once you've started.
