Increase of free T by 15.7%
Well, I had started 3 caps/day and lowered to 1 towards the end of the run. My labs were done last Monday. Last serving was Friday evening.
Looks like as far as total T goes you're towards the upper 1/4 naturally, so for you, increasing free test is most likely to have a better impact than total t (as far as natty products go).
Thanks for sharing your experience with the board.
My Vitamin D levels were also taken pre and post. They're deficient. Vit D. can have a significant impact on free t.
I started dosing d3 @ 6000 IU/day when I got my post bloods done. Going to get t and free t checked again in about 3 months to see what/ if any effect the vit D had
At least that's an easy fix.
Did you happen to have cortisol measured?
These results didnt suprise me. This is strong stuff and it works. Even at 1 cap...a couple of days without dosing and still blood work shows a healthy increase in T. Great stuff. Thanks for the post.
Interesting results and great that you included lab tests. I'm going to try some Longjack myself.
I do wonder though ... is a 15% increase in free T enough to really affect your mood / sleep that much? How much is placebo? That said, I did notice when taking stinging nettle extract that my sleep definitely improved.
Also, realistically, 15% variation in free T seems like it could happen w/o any supplement, but on the other hand, the variation was towards higher test levels when it could have been the opposite, which is probably a good sign.
I've been running OL LJ100 at 4 caps a day (2am, 2pm) for the last couple weeks. My bolas are hanging low, and are the fullest they've been since before I cycled for years.
Sounds like it's working.
How's your overall mood? I typically notice a feeling of reduced stress when on lj100.
Well I am currently deployed so I am under quite a bit of stress on a daily basis, I haven't noticed a difference in stress level unfortunately. That'd be nice though!
