As the title states. I'm into my 5th week of OL UK LGD and don't have any strength or weight or siZe gains. Training and diet is on point. Is this normal?

I honestly don't believe 4mg is enough, so to me you're only on your second week at a side sufficient for gains. I'm using 12mg daily. But I also second the question above, how many calories are you eating a day and where your training look like?As the title states. I tend to agree about the dosage. I've been running OL UK LGD at 8mg for two+ weeks and I'm up 4lbs. So what's your final thoughts on LGD ? Seems like you did not gain a lot of weight , hows strength gains ?How much are you eating? I had an issue but different dosage. I was at 160(after 10lb spike from glycogen) and was at 4500+ calories and I had no weight gain until the 30th day a which was a 5lb spike before starting RAD. I was told to make my protein at 1.5 my body weight, no sure if it caused the 5lb spike or not but it is something to consider.

One argument Ive read goes along the lines that, because with a SARM you are essentially paying for a compound that is androgenically selective, stacking it with a compound which isnt selective somewhat negates the purpose of the SARM. In other words, if you are going to run a non-selective compound, better to stack it with other non-selective compounds.Alright good. This actually makes life a whole lot easier thank you

Have u tried rad??I've ran 4 LGDs and now that I think about it I may have had this happen to me once before with Chaos and Pains LGD. I recomped on PNs LGD and it did me great, composition was amazing and my weight wasn't even touched.

I ran an 8 week cycle of LGD at a 10mg dose and put on 10 solid pounds. Calories were slightly above maintenance. Well this is just my experience. If you have never used it IMO see how it goes your first month but if there in no weight gain try to modify your macros. Well it probably has kicked it already, how are your workouts? In my case (seems like u may be in the same one) I think it worked too well.Hopefully it kicks in soon. Iv heard only good things about OL so I'd be upset if it didn't work

Agree with this. I felt no "on" feeling. Just good muscle pumps and strength gains.Tbh it doesn't really kick in its just you notice the ability to lift more , there's no "on" feeling if that's what you are looking for just fyi

I'm not sure why you would want to run testosterone with a SARM. Aren't they competing for the androgen receptor? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of using a SARM anyway? If you're trying to have it hit the AR without affecting prostate, scalp, etc, testosterone would negate that.Why do I keep reading that it's moronic to use AAS with SARMS. I'm planning on using some HMB along with my PCT to help with the catabolism and it should help with DOMS too.I actually never "felt" my LGD run. It wasn´t until w 6 or something I realised that my weight was up and I could handle heavier weights with shorter rest periods.
I didn´t experienced any big changes in max strength but I could handle a lot more workload. It was when I came off LGD I really realised what it had done for me recovery wise. I had to cut down the workload, take longer rest periods and the initial DOMS after the cycle was surprisingly evil.
On paper it looks like they compete for the same receptor not sure if they do in actual real world research. I'm actually thinking of putting my rat on sustanon and kicking it off with lgd.
