Hey guys just wondering what’s the best time to take the 4 caps? With breakfast ? Or dinner ? Or spread the 4 caps all over the day ? Cheers

I was told two in morning. Two before bed.

I agree with splitting the dosage (2) am and (2) pm. Then you can just pair it with breakfast and lunch and get it in your system twice per day.
