Old Vial forgot to alcohol wipe the top.

I found a few months old vial with some residual test, decide to use it and forgot to wipe the top with alcohol swab. I dont feel great after the injection to say the least. Lethargic and kind of blank feeling....Should I go get antibiotics at urgent care or wait to see if it passes.

If it was me, I’d be paying attention to the injection site. If that’s not getting all red/inflamed then I wouldn’t go unless I was otherwise getting quite sick. Then I would go to prompt care/doctor like any other scenario.

My general rule for a lot of things (and I’m no doctor), if things are the same or worse after a couple days I consider seeking medical attention. If things are improving, I ride it out.
