Old Testosterone Base Power Question.

So looking around and cleaning out my place, me and my room mate stumble across some Testosterone Base powder. He used it maybe 3-4 years ago and its still bagged.

My question is: Is it still potent or has all the test broken down/deteriorated? Would it be worth it to get some Penetrate bottles and give it a shot, or can only harm come from using this stuff?

Last shameless bump, before I just go ahead and give it a try. Can anyone atleast give some reasons why this would be dangerous? Just as a heads up perhaps?
