So I'm a typical instant gratification type of guy. I have zero patience I'm all about Bing bang boom. For many years I have abstained from using hardcore steroids because I'm scared of the side effects and health issues that could come with them for example trenbolone which I've never touched. The past 10 years every time I would cycle something it would basically just be an increase of my test and then I would add something like primobolin or equipoise or anavar and things of that nature. The only thing I've ever used that gave me kind of drastic results was Dianabol which I plan on using again because I like the immediate effects. I think a good stack would be testosterone at a reasonable dose not too high with primobolin and Dianabol and Dbol would obviously be the main compound doing the big work. My question is, what is the longest any of you guys have stayed on Dbol. I know the '70s Golden era guys were taking that stuff like there's no tomorrow and most of them are still alive today so it can't be that horrible. The longest I've stayed on Dbol was 6 weeks and I was loving the results. I want to do it again and take it longer what do you guys think? Oh I will also add that I got blood work 4 weeks in and the only thing I noticed was an increase in liver enzymes nothing too crazy my AST / alt was like in the 60s and '80s also I wasn't taking any kind of cycle support either.

I have an old friend that took 50 mgs a day of dbol for like 3 years...... He got huge but now he's in his 40's and is a short fat and strong dude.

Point is that he survived without any perm damage that he knows about. But I wouldn't take his luck as your own.....

Dbol should be 3-4 weeks IMO......and in low doses 10-20mg.

Any thing that seems like bing bang boom as you mentionned, is glycogen water and fat. Muscle wont ever simply bing bang boom appear or else pros wouldn’t take 10-15 years of year round steroid abuse to build their physique: it’s been mentionned in your threads before but you won’t build more than 1 to 1.5 lbs of muscle a month on all the gear in the world. So I guess you’ll have to resort to patience 😇 or do like everybody else.. gain 20-30 lbs on a 6 months cycle out of uncalculated diet bloat and water and then cut down to réalise only 3-4 lbs of it is muscle 😂

I've stayed on anadrol 50mgs Ed for 8 weeks but quit almost at 9 because because felt like crap. I was also only 30 years old and I woukd never do it again ( I'm 41 now) I felt like how guys describe high dose superdrol feel.

I love dbol too but instead of staying on longer than 6 weeks why don't you just up the dose. Test primo and dbol seems like a good golden Era stack

Its unlikely this Golden Era Stack was being run year round. I tend to believe what other commentators on this have said...Arnold used dbol + primo without test, and he tended to use them largely in his pre-contest phase. So, he periodised.

And thats the thing here. You can run tren, sdrol, whatever, year round. But that becomes your base point of "normal". Youll eventually hit a ceiling of progression with any base. Or your body will say fuk you. Thats why people utilise periodisation; of diet, of training, of drugs.

So yeah, you could run test/dbol/primo as your basal cruise PEDs. But its unsustainable, at any kind of efficacious dosing.

You can run most orals for several months if you’re in a previously healthy position, but you have to ask what they’ll really be doing for you and what kind of health impact besides your liver will that have.

My liver can take 3 months of Dbol no problem. But now that’s 3 months I have to manage higher BP, water retention, methyl estrogen that will aggravate gyno worse, destroy my gut motility and give me terrible indigestion and nutrient malabsorption. I could never eat & train well on it that long, and would need a bunch of ancillaries I could probably avoid if I just took more oil.

Even if you respond well, and you like that initial fast water gain, it’s not like you will keep getting accelerated size increases. You would likely be better waving the Dbol throughout, 2-3 weeks on, 2 off, just as an example, if you want to keep experiencing the surge. And that’s probably not going to be very useful for bodybuilding (since you will be dropping the total androgen exposure), although bringing orals in and out can have merit in dedicated strength training.

Could you explain to me the mechanism of action when it comes to orals such as Dianabol messing with your gut motility? I actually have stomach issues myself. I have celiac disease so I have to be real careful what I eat because I can still get gluten cross contamination and also lately my stomach has been quite upset and I'm wondering if I might start having an issue with dairy so I've recently cut dairy out as well. I've been dealing with a lot of loose movements and heartburn daily. I use Cialis quite often and I know that is the main culprit in my heartburn and I was foolish and thought to mask it I'd use Prilosec for the heartburn but it ended up causing all kinds of stomach problems. I've discontinued the Prilosec and cut way back on the Cialis and my stomach is still definitely sensitive but since I've cut out dairy and I'm eatinf at home more plus using Dave palumbo's fiberize my movements are improving. Another thing I'm concerned about is if I get on Dianabol it will wreak havoc on my gut health

I cannot explain to MOA, but ask any experienced AAS user and they will at least be able to tell you of many users they know who report gut issues with orals, typically that worsen with age and exposure.

Most guys who gobbled up Superdrol when it was on the market then will tell you they can’t handle it the same way now.

Anecdotally, different compounds hit harder and in different ways than others. 50mg Anavar didn’t really cause issues. 50mg Anadrol kills my appetite and gives heartburn, but things seem to move normally. 20mg Dbol actually seems to not just cause the heartburn and lack crushed appetite, but also truly slow my ability to digest and move food. If I eat the same things as on Anadrol, I bloat up and my bowel movements slow down.

Basically I started taking it and my heartburn went away so I thought everything was fine and what ended up happening is I stopped having regular bowel movements it just was like diarrhea all the time and then I got to the point where like every time I ate it would just make me want to run to the bathroom so I got off the stuff and my stomach has not been the same since. I went to the doctor to see what was going on to see if I got some kind of weird infection or something and they wanted me to like crap in a plastic tub and like scoop up my crap in test tubes and bring it into them which I thought was the most disgusting thing ever so I decided to take matters into my own hands and by matters I mean the situation not my literal poop. Since then I have cut dairy out of my diet I've been more careful about what I've been eating and I've been supplementing with powdered greens and dave palumbo's fiberlyze. If I'm eating at home simple things like scrambled eggs cream of rice boiled chicken and rice and light vegetables and supplementing with fiberlyze my movements are pretty normal and almost back to how I was before, but if I start eating outside and even watching what I'm eating my stomach starts to get weird again I also wonder if maybe because I have celiac disease that cross contamination might be more sensitive. I'm not sure exactly what's going on but the doctor told me if they don't improve she can prescribe me an antibiotic for my stomach but I don't know if I need to go that route quite yet. I want to continue eating a clean diet and getting the right supplements and trying to improve my gut health on my own and I think I'll be able to fix things but everything was fine until I took that damn Prilosec. Prilosec is horrible for your gut

How long did you use it? Prilosec is to be used for a 14 day course…

Yeah I always research everything they prescribe before using it. They mean well, but at the end of the day I have to be the steward of my own health.

@Punkrocker aren't you that guy with inflammantory bowel disease (or ulcerative?) who was hospitalized for gut problems because you cycled? If that was you, then no, do not take orals. In fact, nobody should ever take orals. I have ibs, going on now for 3 years, because of damn orals.

No I've never been hospitalized for gut problems you are confusing me with someone else but lately I've definitely had an issue it seems to be getting a little better but I'm definitely reconsidering taking any orals from this point on

He’s definitely right about orals causing considerable gastric stress. Dbol, while I enjoy my mood on it a lot, really beats up my gut terribly.

I must be one if the lucky ones. Orals don't do anything like that to me. Rise in BP is the only thing that I get but as long as I take care of that I'm good. However I've never had the balls to try 100mg of anadrol per day or more than 50 of dbol and even that felt like I was pushing it

50 is a lot of Dbol. Idk how people do that; 20mg and I am so pumped up so fast I can barely get any volume done in the gym. They used to come in 5mg tablets for a reason.

50 is too much for me. 30 is the sweet spot. I don't know how my first coach would do it. He would do 5 of the pink 10mg throughout the day. I wouldn't be able to stop sweating if I did that lol
