Old Powerfull Dosage Help.

I have two bottles of the old Powerfull, and I am going to be starting on Monday. I was just wondering how many capsules I should be taking to experience the full effect?

Also I have heard that Powerfull can cause lethargy because of the HGH release. So if I experience this can I take all of my daily capsules before bed...? Or is there another method you suggest to combat lethargy?

My stats are as follows, in case the this effects the dosage...

I forgot the dose recommendations of the old bottles but I do 9 grams of the bulk powder. Start with 5 grams and increase as needed.

I recall going as high as 9 caps ED with PowerFULL.

The before bed approach (at least 30 minutes after a carbohydrate meal, preferably later) would derive the best GH effects from PowerFULL. To get the most mediated response, take that approach on non-workout days, with more caps centered Pre-WO on workout days.

6 caps PFull
200mg Caffeine is a great Pre-WO stack with some core aminos!

Creatine Mono. - 10g.

7am – 2 Powerfull, 2 Super Cissus Rx, 1 Serving Poseidon.

1) 7:30am - P+C
2) 9am - P+C
3) 12:30pm - PreWO(P+C)
1:30pm – 3 Powerfull, 2 Super Cissus Rx, 2 Serving Poseidon, 1 Serving Extend, 5 g. Mono.
2pm - Train
3pm(Before PWO Shake) – 1 Serving Poseidon, 1 Serving Extend, 5g. Mono., 2 Super Cissus Rx.
4) 3:15pm - PWO(P+C)
5) 5pm - P+F
6) 7pm - P+F
9pm – 3 Powerfull, 1 Serving Poseidon.
7) 9:30pm - P+F
 
P+F = Protein and fat meal
P+C = Protein Carb Meal

My diet is still under contruction, but this will most likely be the framework.

The only dosage I don't like is your first one. I'd take it after, to delimit the possibility of any remaining insulin being circulated. Aside from that, I like it. Looks like a well thought out plan.
 
Thanks Mullet, so do you think that I should take the first dose around 8:30. An hour after b-fast?
 
For some reason I always thought that the first dose should be taken 1/2 hr. before meal. Maybe this was an instruction for Poseidon, anway....thanks helping me out
 
Well, the way I see it, taking it after ensures that your serum Insulin levels will have returned somewhat to baseline. Maximizing your chance of getting as much as possible from the product.

I like that alot. Your PFull dosages are spaced far enough from carbohydrates to maximize its effect. If you want, on non-training days you can center most of your PFull at your 9PM dosing.
 
Alright thanks alot Mullet. I am most likely going to be starting this stack next monday. I am still waiting on the Creatine. Since I have you hear.

What is your take on Creatine Loading Phase? Is it necessary?
 
With Mono I feel it's somewhat necessary yes, but not as necessary as others make it to be. What were you thinking as a loading phase?
 
I was thinking around like 20g or so for the first week, and then 10g from that point on, but I am open for suggestions.
 
15g loading? Or 15g on a regular basis?

Hmm, I cannot remember exactly how many days I would normally load Mono. It's been quite awhile since I have taken it.
