old ph's

I found some old syngex, decavar, and MAD250 that expired for a year now. Do you think any of these may still be good? They have remained boxed up and kept cool since they were purchased a few years back. I know VPX had a bad rap of being overpriced but what do you guys think about these? Thanks for the info in advance.

i have taken out of date ph before i think it would be fine for you to take them 1 year is not that long.

I think they will be fine. The Mad250 is garbage though.
