Last Sunday i competed at the spf nationals. Not real happy with my totals, but did manage to accomplish my goals. I took mfirst which gives me an automatic invite to worlds, but cant afford to go to Hungry, and I set 4 world records. Went 5 for 7 with two good pulls (I thought), but was red lighted on technicalities. I would like to thank coach Wade Johnson for all his help. He a fantastic tra9iner and I highly reccomend him!! I would also like to thank ageforce for their outstanding product line. These suppliments work and have given me an edge, and at61 i need all the help i can get. Give both Wade and ageorce a look see you will not be disappointed!!
 
Teally embaressed to say, sq opener 385 missed 2nd at 445 and was comming up with 3rd when i was grabbed by spotters, judge said my head came down and in that fed the is a no no. bench hit 314 and had more in me dead hit opener 385 came up with 440 but judge said I yanked bar off grnd and came up with 3rd 451 but judge said I sis not have my shoulders far enough back. Still for 61 242 not too awfully bad.
 
Dang guy, sounded like some tough judging?! Yanking the bar off the ground, ha...!
As you said, still a good showing and hang in there, those are good lifts dude, no matter a trophy or not.
