Old gyno

So I had gyno surgery a couple years back, past few months I've noticed some tenderness on my right pec. My surgeon said it looked fine because it's not puffy and there is no pain directly in back of the nipple. the lump is towards the top right of the nipple and may be a mix of scar tissue..when I massage the area the pain goes away any feedback?? (No gear or anything since surgery)

I doubt its gyno if you are not on hormones unless your own hormones are whacked...

I agree with crit on this one. Unless your hormones are out of wack it's probably in your head. Give it some time and stop messing around with it to see if it goes away by itself.
