Hello,
I am living with a small lower lip hemangioma ( abnormally dilated vein) since birth, I am from those 3-5% percent that it didn't resolve spontaneously.
It is barely seen but I feel it and it gets swollen sometimes. Not an issue at all.
But when I am on alphamine it is swollen all the time, and I sometimes feel few hard lumps in it ( clots I guess ? )
Oh well, I was born with internal blood pressure gauge and you weren׳t

What is causing it in old alphamine ? I dont experience this on caffeine alone. Yohimbine/higamine ?
And do you think it is any concern for me to continue it or start any other pre workout ?
