I train early first thing in the morning. My question is when the best time to apply it is? I saw that it said 30-60 minutes pre workout as an option, but this seems counter intuitive to me since it is a transdermal and I sweat alot during my workout (and transdermals absorb through the skin over time).

Any thoughts?
 
I can't post links but there's a thread here that concerns this exact subject. Basically neck, top of shoulders and if you need more room, chest. Spread as thin as possible. I'd say an 1 hour - 1.5 hours before working out if possible.

11kt will pass through the first layer of skin within 5-10mins and the residue on the surface of the skin can better be absorbed of you run hand sanitizer on the application area...

You will not sweat the 11kt out, in fact, an increase in your body heat through exercise will assist in absorption.

I asked the same thing when I first ran 11kt and that was the answer I got. Hope it helps bro
 
Personally i don't like to use any transdermals withing a few hours of working out. I usually do my
applications 1st thing in the morning and then train about 4 hours later.

If you train 1st thing in the morning, i would apply them right after your shower (if you shower post workout)

The others have great advice. An hour prior to exercise would be fine. If you can apply sanitizer over the area just prior to beginning the workout any loss through sweating would be minimal. Dosing before your daily workout would be optimal but if you don't have enough time then don't sweat it. After is fine as well.

Awesome thanks. Is dosing once or twice a day optimal? I saw the half life of 11-kt was around 8 hours
