Day 15 BACK DAY

aggressiveness was definately there today. Nothing noticeable on strength but my Lat pump got huge, not my lower back, my upper back /trap/Lat area just got so swollen monkey it was awesome. I went into this workout on after a rest day and my lower back was killing me all day. Popped 4mg of taurine pwo with my 1/4/epi and was good to go within 30 min.

Day 16 shoulders

So either my pump was wicked huge today orrr... My joints are dryed out. Not sure but it was painful and I kinda liked it. It's basically like when your girl or guy for some of u fellas..lol., tells you to pull her/his hair and spit in her mouth.. You just keep pumping.

-couldn't even feel my arms anymore but that's a good thing right? Lol

Yes, you can. Should you? Maybe. Might help some with libido and lethargy. It's still early in your cycle so if you're experiencing those things you still have enough time to add one in for good effect.

Overall Sup3r DHEA has a much higher dosage and a more well rounded formula for Cheaper than was Derma was before it got DC'd. I saw some big sales on it a while back but unsure if it's still around. Love the Derma carrier though, it was very good.

3 second pause at bottom legs together very very slow

6 sets till failure then body weight til I cramp

Really looking forward to bench tmm but I know my legs are going to be effing dead

Hurt my shoulder 4 sets in

My rep total went down cuz the bar I was using felt heavier on one side. So when I went for max reps on 245 the first rep I came down to fast and all the weight went to the left side hard AF. I managed to recover and bang out 5 but I knew it was going to be a bad workout after that. Completely destroyed my confidence.

I called it a day after this. Don't want to hurt my shoulder any more to cause other workouts to be bad. I'm going to up my fish oil to stop the inflammation.

Going underway next Friday for a week then come back for a week then leave for a week again so this is going to be ruff. I need to improvise out at sea to get big
 
Gotta watch those shoulders man! That's the kind of thing that will come back to haunt you, when you get old like me
