OL Osta/SUP3R-1/SUP3R-EPI Stack

I've always considered it just mental. Plus, I'm crazy stupid like that. I don't have very sluggish days due to low calories. Surprisingly, I've always functioned very well on low calories

dude here is what i eat . breakfest is 4 eggs and a 6oz steak , my next meal around 11 i eat 2 tuna fish sandwiches , work out at 1:00 , eat 2 chicken breast and some vegies , then around 5 i'll cook some more steak or 92/8 hamburger meat and some vegies , then my last meal is 2 more tuna sandwiches . thats just the food i eat . i will have yogert for snacks , and also protein shakes . thats about it .

Holy crap!! I woke up this morning and I was F'ing dry, vascular and full. My weight was a tad over 203 lbs. That's +2 lbs this week. I will not being changing anything in regards to diet, training and cardio. Btw, I'm doing 2 HIIT sessions of 10 mins on the treadmill and 2 LISS sessions of 35 minutes in the morning around my housing development. This is turning into a great stack

Nice work man, pays off! Btw what are you doing for HIIT on the treadmill just changing paces, incline etc.?

Thanks bro! I set the incline at 5.0 and the speed at 10.0. I Sprint for 25 seconds, jump off, and rest for 35 seconds. I repeat that 10 times
 
Well fellow Iron Addicts things have been going great. My condition is pretty much the same. Strength is increasing with every workout. Weight is fluctuating between 203-205 lbs. Energy is high. Feeling great during every workout. Even workouts that are fasted, or at 3:30 am, or after a no carb day.

What's going on fellow iron addicts? So my weight is now around the 201lbs. But, I am feeling great, significantly leaner in the midsection and I'm vascular all day long. My strength has stayed the same or increased in many lifts. This cycle is great so far. I have absolutely no complaints or consider to speak of.

Off subject, I had my trt injection yesterday. While there my doctor advised me starting next week he wants to cut my TRT dose in half and run Hcg at triple the dose of TRT. Any feedback back in this would be great, Dma378 and yates84

I know next to ZERO about hcg bro. I'm sorry, but suggest following the Doc's recommendation. What is your current TRT dose?

Gotcha. Thanks bro and no worries. Current dose is 200, and will be cut to 100, when the Hcg protocol is implemented.
