Can OL’s new K1ngs Shield be run year-round like ar1macare pro?
And do you guys think that using it year-round for general health support would be overkill?

I know others will commit and have better answers. But I remember on organ shield by Prius labs it says you can take all year long. I would think it would be fine because most products like this are going to have saw pal, grape seed extract, Hawthorne berry... I think it would be great for a staple per say but always down to learn and progress my knowledge and wait for someone else to answer.

You definitely can take it all year round.

Is it overkill? Depends. I don't really think the average person would need it. However, if you're training really heavy, an athlete, taking other supplements that are potentially toxic, etc then maybe it's worthwhile.
