Little background information on me
Age: 23 (4 years of lifting, 2 years seriously)
Height: 6'1
Weight: 182 Lbs (As of 8/11)
Diet: Currently have been upping my calories at 100 calories a week following my cut. Sitting at 2405 65F/225P/230C (Will go up once I start)
I plan on starting the cycle 8/18... currently have all the supplies but I am running this along side my roommate and the place we bought our "Perfect Cycle" stack from sent us 1 not 2 and billed us for 2 so I will be waiting to start until he is also ready to go, hopefully they overnight it.
Goal
Strength and size increase.. Looking to gain 10lbs after all is said and done. I will be doing 1RM this week before I start the cycle.

Ar1macare Pro: 4/4/4/4/4/4 (Bought an extra bottle)
Taurine: 5mg a Day
Multivitamin (Vita Jym)
Fish Oil (ON)
Post Cycle
Nolva: 20/20/10/10
Sup3r PCT: 4/4/3/3/2/1
DAA: 3mg a day
Routine
As for my routine I got 3 days on (Push, Pull, Legs) rest and then repeat. I usually switch it up each time and do Power and then next time more Hypertrophy work.
I am open for suggestions, and tips to help me along this cycle and see as many gains as possible! I look forward to logging this on here.
